RFID tags offer a convenient way to identify large numbers of objects. In this research project, we are developing techniques to model RFID antennas in the presence of asymmetric dielectric materials and to design RFID tags to fit in a small form factor. These will be used to develop a next generation of RFID tags for cattle.
