“A Multifractal Description of Wind Speed Records,” a paper by Rajesh Kavasseri, assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering, is scheduled for publication in the journal Chaos, Solitons and Fractals. The paper analyzes wind speed records from four North Dakota locations.
